What do you think about this (reported on Compuserve):
If You're Not Married by 28 It Means...
...you're an old maid! That's the word from a new survey from Lenox, the china company. They found that 78 percent of Americans think a woman should be married by age 28 or it's just too late. Men get a break. Just 66 percent of Americans think men should say "I do" by that age.
Wireless Flash reports that 28 percent of Americans think guys should hit 29 before settling down, but only 14 percent think a woman should wait that long.
And senior citizens really do have some old-fashioned ideas about the best age for matrimony. According to the Lenox survey, 27 percent of seniors believe a woman should be wed by age 23, but only 15 percent of the general population feels that way. (No word on how your mother voted in this survey.)
Guess it's WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY over for me if I believe this.
