Sunday is Daylight Savings Time so you have to set the clocks forward an hour! This stinks cause we lose an hour of sleep on Saturday night!

Just a friendly reminder!

Not going (wish I was) but thanks for the reminder anyways, I always forget. Have fun, you can also look at it as it's that much sooner you can get back to the parks the next day!! That's called Disney Time Change Recovery, it goes along with all the Disney Math we do here!!

I am from AZ so I am clueless about how this works. We will actually be on a cruise heading back to CA on Saturday night - so I do what with my clock? If I go to bed and it is midnight - what time do I change it to???

Before you go to bed, just move your clocks 1 hour ahead. If you go to bed at midnight, set it to 1am so when you get up you are on the new time!

Cool - thanks!!! I know it seems like a pretty basic question - I just always have trouble getting it since we always stay the same!

I won't mind losing an hour of sleep because I won't be able to sleep Saturday night anyway. . .we leave on Sunday morning for DL! :woohoo: :dance3: :woohoo:

Thank you for the reminder! :teeth:

Woohoo us too!

I was stressing about the hour change but hey what can I do. The kids will be woken up, they normal rise at 6am, but they will get to sleep in the car on the way there (6-7) hours. We are leaving about 7am so I should be nice and tried for the drive.:lmao: Anyhow that means we will be able to stay out an extra hour in the evenings. My baby boy will want to crash early, but its DL maybe we can stay out until 9 one night! Talk about one party!!! :lmao:

Wanna know the only cool thing about changing the clocks forward at DL this weekend?

We were at DL in October when we changed the clocks backward!!! :thumbsup2 This trip will be warmer! :cloud9:

Just think of all the poor unfortunate souls who will forget to change the alarm clocks, and won't make it to the park right at opening... Should be less crowded for YOU! :thumbsup2

Cool! I have my orange backpack decorated with lime green mickey heads, so if you see me, come say hi! I am so itching to go that I can't sit still! :teeth:

Funny I thought the same thing. I think it will be hard for people to get there at the old 7 am time. We'll see if we can do it 2 days in a row. We are planning for that EE on Sat.

I'm hoping we will be able to do it! We are doing a quickie trip, driving very early Saturday, spending all day Saturday at the parks, sleeping over, going for a few hours Sunday then driving home. It will be a long weekend and I will be tired, but I don't care because I AM GOING TO DISNEYLAND!!!

I totally miss not having to deal with time change!!! That was one awesome thing about living in AZ!!

I thought the same thing as well. Any little thing that would put a kink in others folk's sleep is good for me cause my family will ALWAYS be at a disney park at it's opening. :cool2:

Unless I have to BE somewhere, like church, I just go to bed normal, wake up normal and change the clock when I get up. Actually, Its harder on me Monday than Sunday.
