what do you use to hold your KTTW card?

I know we have the lanyard option but I'm not a big lanyard wearer.

Does anyone use some super awesome alternative that I don't know about?

Dh put it in his wallet. Not super awesome, but effective!

I'm not a lanyard person myself, but I liked that you could leave it in the lanyard and still open the door. I'm lazy, I guess.

I was trying to find a good retractable option myself. Found this one: https://www.amazon.com/Specialist-I...6&sr=8-18-spons&keywords=keycard+holder&psc=1 that seems like it would work but I haven't ordered yet. I also plan to carry my cellphone for photos so may just end up putting it in that case somehow.

I'm planning on carrying my cell too and was thinking of some magical case that would fit my cell (with otterbox) and a thin side to put the card in. This might work if I also carry my backpack which may end up happening just like we do in the world. Thx!

Use caution with that... Being placed next to/against cell phones has been known to demagnetize cards.

What about a wrist coil with a plastic credit card sleeve? Or can you put a hole in the KTTW card without deactivating it?

Never tried it...we use our lanyards.

I often carry a tote bag (not the one you get for free, but one that is a little smaller) with my pool stuff (sun screen, hat, sun glasses, kindle etc.) and I throw my lanyard in there instead of wearing it. I find that in a bag it is so much easier to find the KTTW card if it is in the lanyard. So, I use the lanyard more like a keyring...

My husband uses his lanyard during the day in the evenings, he puts his (and mine) in his shirt pocket.
I don't like to wear it in the evenings.
You can try a wristlet and see if you like that better.

The lanyards bug me but I use them since they really are convenient. I agree with a PP who suggests the coil wristband. You don't even have to use the pouch. I tried it. I had guest services hole punch a corner of my card and put it directly on the band. I found that bothered me in the end more than the lanyard did so I switched back, but it worked just fine. You may find you prefer it to wearing something on your neck.

I have a tiny wrist purse that I use for my camera and KTTW card and ID. My husband just sticks his in his pocket. (The only reason not to that I can think of is the risk of jumping into the pool or ocean without putting the card somewhere safe first. That's obviously only a concern if you are in your swim trunks).

I do the same thing. When I go swimming, my trunks that have a side pocket with Velcro the entire length of the opening, so they are secure there. I've also used the card pouch inside the wasteband of most trunks if I don't have a secure outer pocket. I've never had an issue with water hurting them. On CC, I usually carry all the KTTW cards and ids for my family that way and have never had a problem.

When we were on RCL and lanyards weren't "cool" I found it generally worked to just carry it in my pocket. But I wear shorts - on the occasions I wore a dress, it was usually for dinner and my husband was with us, so he carried it in his pocket (stupid men always getting to have pockets...). I didn't have a problem the whole week - hanging out by the pool, I'd toss it in my book, etc. It didn't end up being that big a deal, which I thought it would be.

I used to have an awful pair of dress pants without pockets when I worked at a key-card accessible building, and used a retractable clip on my belt loop. That would be another option - any place that sells scrubs will have them.

I tend to lose things very frequently. If not attached to me, something as small as a key card will be lost within 30 seconds lol

I use a pocket (or sports bra). While neither are awesome, both are effective
