what happens to the tenant? Do the payments just go to the realty company she works for?

i'm confused - is it a property manager that works for a company that owns the building?

she owns my building, but she also is part owner of a realty group so I assume they "own" the building.

But I make my checks out to her, not her group.

i guess it would depend if she owned the building herself or if the group had ownership.
