If your dogsledding in Skagway was cancelled...

If your dogsled excursion was concelled, what were you able to book in it's place in Skagway? I REALLY want to do this excursion, but I want to make sure that I have a back-up plan if the weather is not cooperating. Is it possible to still book a dog-cart ride later in the afternoon? Does anyone know what time of day is generally the best time to give me the best chance of flying? Thank you so much for your help!
