If you were getting married, would you have this cake?

There is a hamburger mountain for the dinner course. It is Homer Simpson's dream wedding. :rotfl:

Nope...don't like Krispy Kremes...plus, our wedding was pretty traditional. :)

Maybe for a shower (or DH would have thought it was funny for his bachelor party) but not for the real wedding!
It might be fun for a vow renewal.

Here's another KK wedding cake:

I'd only get it if it was made with the cream filled donuts and then covered with the cream.

Yum! I would do it. My neighbor had a Rice Krispie Treat cake. She had a small "traditional" one that they cut for the pics and everything, but the real cake that everyone got to eat was Rice Krispie Treats.

Probably not but I wouldn't judge anyone who did choose to have it...different strokes for different folks.

BUT.....I'd have to top it off with one of these:

Two of my favorite things.....Krispy Kremes and Mickey & Minnie Mouse!::yes::

I don't like that at all

Anything different and original for my wedding. But then I won't have any input, it'll all be my brides decision. I just want whisky and beer when it's over.

Kind of a weird idea but it does sound yummy.

SEATTLE -- Krispy Kreme doughnut lovers served up a doughnut wedding cake to help celebrate their special day.

Anna Pugh and Todd Larsen from Seattle, Wash., served guests Krispy Kreme wedding cake.

Four Seasons Olympic Pastry Chef Artis Kalsons created a six-foot-high wedding cake made from 250 Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

Artis used handmade pulled and spun sugar to hold the cake together and blown sugar to create colorful decorative touches

So where is the chocolate Krispy Kreme groom's cake?

Personally, I would not have it, but I am sure there are folks out there that do not like cake, but prefer donuts that would love to have it.

it's so funny you posted this because I was telling people about it this weekend. We were eating donuts and I mentioned the cake - no one believed me. :teeth:

Maybe if DH and I worked and fell in love a krispie kreme it would be cute. But my wedding was traditional with a traditional cake, my tummy aches just thinking about all the greese in that cake. LOL

LOL, it's cute. But I'd prefer something more traditional.

I had cheesecake for my wedding, and it looked great. Tasted even better... :p

I love Krispy Kremes too, but I think I'd rather have that as the "groom's cake". If they used donut holes, it could look like a traditional French wedding cake. I'd be fine with that as the main cake, but regular doughnuts, no.

Im usually a traditionalist and dont like anything different, but I love that!

Not for me! I was very happy with the cake I had at my wedding. If I were going to do it again, though, I'd want one of those beautiful pearl-like cakes that Disney does. (Saw them in a Travel Channel special.)
