call the Disney "Claim" line and put in a claim, NOT to get anything out of them, but to put the info in so they can log the issue. 407-397-6677

I called to let them know about my son contracting terrible norovirus (Sydney strain to be exact) and if people dont tell them they got sick, they dont know.

I also called the Florida Department of Health and they took our situation VERY seriously, espcially because our situation is very unique and able to be tracked....so if you got sick, call them too....(407) 858-1400

I know that noro (and all viruses) are very contagious in a setting such as this, but there are things that can be done to reduce it that arent being done, such as replacing public access buffets with rubber gloved wearing cast members, notifications about Noro and how to stop the spread, etc....

My daughter and I were there in September and had either food poisoning or the norovirus. We were violently sick for 2 days, lost almost 4 days of having fun and lost so many dining meals, I couldn't count.

I called and reported it, but nothing was followed up on. I do want to tell people that we were staying at the Art of Animation Resort and I called the front desk and asked if someone could go to the Food Court and buy us some gatorade and charge it to my room, and they did.

They also brought us extra trash cans and liners for...well you get the idea. :crazy2:When we felt okay enough to let them come clean the room, they came and stripped everything for us. They had many calls that night apparently for the same thing.

It was definitely not enjoyable and we were really upset to miss so many days of fun and dining. We even missed our reservation at LeCellier and that was going to be the last time we could go when it was one dining credit! :sad1:

Oh thats terrible :-(

At least we got some time in before little guy going down for the count....
