If you receive an acceptance...

Hi everyone! I applied for the CP and had my phone interview 2 weeks and 1 day ago, so I'm anxiously waiting to hear back just like all of you! I just have one question, if you are accepted, do they tell you your role in the acceptance email or on your dashboard? Or do they make you wait until you receive the actual mailed letter? Thanks for your help in advance!

It may be different for culinary, because there's really only one role, but I saw mine on the dashboard.

I never even got an acceptance letter

I'm pretty sure it says Congratulations you have been selected to participate in whatever role in the email.
Google it and look at the images section and some people have screen capped pictures of their acceptance emails there and that's what it says.

They'll tell you your role and wage in an acceptance email. Your exact location won't be revealed to you until check in though.

I just got ACCEPTED!
It does not say your role in the email.
You follow a link in the email to an acceptance letter on the cp website that states your role and wage.

Yeah, my email didn't tell me my role. I had to check the dashboard to see that. Although truthfully it might have been because I was on a phone.

I haven't been accepted yet, either, but, if I do, I was wondering: do you pay the program fee, immediately, after receiving the acceptance letter, too?

Yeah they give you a week or so to pay the fees

My son received his acceptance yesterday---Quick Service for Fall 2014. You get 7 days from the time you actually accept to send in the fees ($300 plus small service charge.) Good luck!!
