was it as awesome as I am envisioning? I will be 21 weeks pregnant (so my choices will be limited :goodvibes) and hanging out with a 2 year old so I am really looking at the GAD FP as taking care of 90% of the bigger waits, leaving us with just short waits and shows (and of course every water fountain, play area, character and duck that we come across). Tell me that the GAD FP is going to cut back on my commando style that I am used to...

We were so very grateful for our GAD FPs during our trip last week. We could enjoy the parks without stressing over getting our FPs right away, backtracking all over the parks to get the right ones, etc. We couldn't ride a few of the scarier rides (my kids are not up for it) so we were able to focus on the few they really enjoyed. Boy, nothing like walking up to the FP machines for TSM at 3pm when all the FPs are gone, handing over my special passes to the CM and them handing back immediate FPs. Loved, loved it!

So excited to have ours for our trip..especially after hearing how much those who had them enjoyed them!! :cheer2:

We used Fast Passes for all four parks, WDW on 3/19, HS on 3/20, AK on 3/22 and Epcot on 3/23. They were WONDERFUL. The parks were so crowded and we had no problem getting on the rides we wanted to do with the Fast Passes. So convenient! I wish there was a way to get these in future years.

We didn't even use all of the fast pass options on the cards so when we left the parks each day, we passed on extra fast passes to other people. That was fun to do!

the fastpasses ARE awesome

HOWEVER

they are not for every ride. many of the rides available are too big for little kids and too fast for pregnant ladies!

There is a thread listed that has a more complete detail and breakdown

I wonder if it is possible to use 6 daisy and no donalds??

We loved our fastpass option!!

PLUS, you can use your regular park ticket for fastpasses, so if you plan it right you could have a whole day of line free fun!!

I wonder if it is possible to use 6 daisy and no donalds??

It has been reported that you can use a Donald credit at a Daisy attraction if you are all out of Daisy credits.

I can only imagine the confusion though if you don't track it well...

They are amazing. We didn't feel the stress of getting to rope drop each morning and absolutely no running. Rode TSM 4 times!!! We also never used all of our options, especially the Daisy. This has spoiled us.

It was really nice! In MK and EP I had rides split up over 2 days so we could get all the big things in, but with the special fastpasses we had ridden everything on the first day, so I had to rework my touring plans. LOL Still used our regular fastpasses too, so the kids rode things like Soarin and TSM multiple times. Us 'big kids' went on attractions like Space Mountain and Everest twice in a row too. :goodvibes We had 4 vouchers total, didn't use one at AK thinking we might need it for our 2nd day at EP or MK...but since we didn't my DD12 redeemed hers for the ears figurine.

We haven't used it yet but we can't wait...in fact DH and I were discussing the other day that we wished there was a way to get these for future trips....even if we had to pay!

The GAD fastpasses were AMAZING! I have a sprained ankle so I tried to limit walking (aka back-tracking) as much as possible last week. It was so great to not have to run all around the park to pick up fastpasses. This was a first visit for my sister and the first in over 20 years for my mom. They probably think this is how it always is, hahahaa! My sister just couldn't get over why all of these other people were willing to wait in 100 minute lines when there was a way to just breeze right by them like we were doing. They think I'm a Disney genius and I'm not going to tell them any different! :worship:

They were superb, true golden tickets. They let us tour at a relaxed pace, skip the normal back-tracking that comes from maximizing Fastpasses, and made it possible to experience all the headline attractions at WDW in just two days. A delight!
