Hi...tough question...I assume all the adults will go with the group
Some folks may really differ but I would go Epcot as it would be a great day for the adults and the kids...Also, some adults could split up for a while and you could get back together for lunch and dinner. If the kids were older, Magic Kingdom might be fun but at 31/2 they will have a much fun splashing in the water or watching Figment as the will waiting in line at MK.
For the kids, one of the fun things in the spring summer and fall are the fountains that come out of the ground between Future World and the Countries. Also there are really fun things in the Pavillions. They can see lots of fish and Nemo at Living Seas, Figment at Energy. In each country they can get a passport signed and play games. For food, you have fantastic choices. There is a Princess breakfast at Norway, and lunch in the coutries is really fun.
The countries will have fun 15 minute shows and some indoor airconditioned movies and shops....
At Innoventions you can find lots and lots of interative games for the kids. At Energy you can email pictures of your group back home....
Just my opinion...Have fun whatever you choose...
