I just wanted to say thank you to Burton the kind CM who checked for CRT cancellations Sept 27- Oct 2. WE GOT LUNCH ON 9/29 
This is our first trip to Disney World (since we were kids) and our first vacation with our children. I really wanted to take them to the Castle for a magical meal with Cinderella!
Burton was so patient and helpful...what a truly wonderful world this would be if there were more people like the cm's at DW!!
