Not sure of the exact date that it ends yet it will be ending this month. And the deadline to book the free dining has already passed. Sorry!

I'm not sure which you mean, but none go through December 18. There were 3 different free dining deals offered for this summer:

Check ins between 8/5/07-9/29/07 package discounts ("free dining") only for guests staying at WDW Resorts in Nov-Dec 2006 who were willing to prebook their next vacation for Aug-Sept 2007

Check ins between 8/12/07-9/29/07 package discounts ("free dining") for UK residents

Check ins between 8/26/07-9/22/07 package discounts ("free dining") for general public

For onsite guests who want to book the free dining for next summer this is presently being offered per mousesavers:

Bounceback Free Dining Promotion
This offer is available ONLY to guests staying at one of the official Walt Disney World resorts between 8/31/07-9/28/07.

Using a special phone number provided on some resort restaurant receipts (*added - call ext 8844 from your WDW resort room) or on a flyer provided in some resort rooms, you can book a vacation package for next year, for stays between 8/30/08-9/27/08, at a Walt Disney World resort with theme park tickets and receive the Dining Plan for FREE.

If you don't get the offer on a receipt or a flyer in your room, I recommend asking at the front desk.

There is a 3-night minimum stay requirement. Reservation for 2008 must be made before you check out and no later than September 28 to qualify. A $200deposit is required at time of reservation.
