I just made FPs today. I would love to book a FPs for Soarin & Frozen, but both don't have FPs available yet. We are going 6/4-6/11. What are you guys doing? Checking everyday to see if it opens up or just not worrying about it?

Thanks for posting this. My fast pass window opens Saturday for our 6/8-6/12 trip. With the updates coming to the FP and MDE site on Sunday, I was wondering if I should just wait. I'm hoping to get one for Frozen and still holding out hope that ROL will be going by then and we can get a dining package for it. Also wondering about later hours for MK and DHS for those days, but I guess it doesn't really impact the first 3FP we get.

I would imagine Frozen will be a tier 1 as well, so you'd have to choose between that and Soarin.

Oh yea, forgot about that. Plus, can't give up TT (one of DS's favorite) We are going one morning and one evening. So guess I would FP TT (the evening), and Frozen the day we go at rope drop, and head straight to Soarin to ride standby that day. I don't know which one would be better to use a FP on: Soarin or Frozen?

Yea for early June,Soarin might not be open yet(very well could be but don't get your hopes up), and there's a possibility that Frozen might not being open then either. Both haven't had a confirmed open date yet.

If they both are open however, I would definitely FP Frozen ride if you can snag it. I imagine lines for that will be insane. It'll be like 7DMT

My FP window opens tonight. I will be prepared to drop Test Track (assuming here) for Soarin' on one of our Epcot days,when and if Soarin' FP becomes available before my trip. I will probably wait until I read that the FP are available, I won't keep logging in to MDE to look. The same with Rivers of Light. No one in my house has any interest in anything Frozen related, so FEA isn't a concern for me.

We are doing 2 half days in Epcot so if both opened, I'd get FP for both on different days and rope drop TT. They are also speculating that the Anna & Elsa M&G will be tier 1. Fortunately my sons aren't interested in that.

I just made my fast pass selections on Sunday for June 2-9 trip I made my Epcot day on the 7th hoping that either frozen or soarin are open. I am checking every so often. I would drop my illumination for soarin if it shows up...

Actually the rumors keep heating up that they will bring Soarin back by then, just with the old movie, since they supposedly can't show the new movie until Shanghai opens and shows it first.

We'll be there June 13-24. After making our initial bookings tomorrow night, I'm going to check MDE daily. That said, I've basically come to terms with the probability that Soarin' and the Frozen attractions won't be open by the time we get down there.

Made my FPs assuming that Frozen will not be open, but am just checking regularly to see if anything has changed and am prepared to re-jig and change a lot around if we have to for Frozen. We keep telling my 3-year old that we probably won't be meeting A&E. She very seriously says "yes, okay, that's fine" and then says "as long as I meet Merida, Anna and Elsa" . . . literally in the same sentence! I almost hope that the Frozen stuff isn't open yet, and they're still at MK with lines as they currently are. She knows nothing about the ride so won't know what she's missing with that.

The below assumes (at some point in the future) that Soarin' and the Frozen attractions (Ride and Meet) are open.

It is quite possible that Soarin' (with the addition of the third theater) will be able to handle its guest demand than it used to be.

Plus, with Frozen ride and the Frozen Meet being new, high-demand attractions, with very low (or no) height restrictions, Soarin' will be much easier to ride without a FP and maybe (just maybe) at least after it's being open for awhile, Soarin' might not have to be a Tier 1.

Unless the new Fast Pass selections that they just rolled out with a few days ago have changed the system..I'm sure it hasn't. The only way to check for brand new Fast Passes on the day you already fast passes is to cancel yours and search again. Now, you can individually select one and see what other times for that specific ride is available. Or see what other rides are available for that time slot. But you can't fully check all of them together at once like you do when you're first picking out FP's
