I think it's all about your toddler - which characters does she like best? All the shows are 100% toddler friendly. Disney Jr. is a lot of fun if she's familiar with those shows. It is also the most interactive. You sit on the floor for the show, but stand up to dance or to "help" the characters by yelling out things or catching things falling from the ceiling. My DD was two when we were there last time and Frozen was a huge hit with her. She knew all the songs, though, and loved singing along. She was also into watching Ariel, but got a little squirmy, and B and the B was nap time. She's excited to see it this time, though (she'll be 4 next week). With kids, Youtube is your friend! Let them watch the shows on there and see which gets the best reaction from them. If they get super excited about seeing Sofia on Youtube, just imagine that x 100 when they're actually there!
