If you had to choose only one Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach???

Just trying to fit everything in and not sure we will have time to fit both water parks in. Which is yor fav?

I find the theming of blizzard beach really cool (no pun intended) but typhoon lagoon produced bigger waves and now has the new water coaster and also the shark swimming and viewing area. Right now I'd have to say I'd do TL for the extra features.....

Although we enjoyed BB, TL is definately our favourite.

The kids love the wave pool (but be careful with little ones as they are very powerful), snorkelling with the sharks and the new slides to name a few.

It really is down to personal opinion, for everyone who prefers TL you'll probably find another who prefers BB.

2 years ago when my boys were 6 and 4 they enjoyed TL better that BB. Now we are going next month and when they look back at the pictures, they saw they cannot wait for BB. Go figure. Both are nice. If you are going for a wave pool. TL is definately the place to go. Have fun!!

Typhoon Lagoon for both DH and I...Loved it all.

We prefer BB. The family raft ride at BB is 10x better than TL and my kids love the slides better. I like the themeing better. Now with that said my kids also love the wave pool at TL.

Disney knows what they are doing when they split attractions between two places. There are features about both that makes it difficult to choose. I like the lazy river at BB much better than TL, and the overall atmosphere is more pleasant and clean (IMO). However, now they have the water coaster at TL,so we'll have to try that out. My kids love the wave pool, but it makes me nervous the whole time they're in it (ages 13, 9, & 8).

We have been to both, TL about three times, and BB once. DH and I prefer TL. We love the lazy river and wave pool there. I found BB a little more "teenage" oriented with more challenging fast slides. That being said my ds, 12, enjoyed both. This summer,We are planning on returning just to TL.

If you have children under 8, both are fine, however I think you might have more fun at TL. JMO. Have fun!!

TL hand downs. I have no interest in BB. I love the laid back atmosphere of TL and I adore the wave pool.

Go to whichever is less crowded if possible, its much more enjoyable that way. I've only been to BB and I've always like it, theres a big wave pool (with small waves) and a lot of slides. A word of warning though- this park has a very confusing layout and we found ourselves confused as to where the slide entrances were. If possible try to get a map beforehand so you won't be as lost as we were.

I would go for Blizzard Beach. I'm afraid the waves at Typhoon Lagoon freaked me out and knocked me off my feet on top of a very large hairy man and I've never quite been the same since.

Also I much prefer the family raft ride at Blizzard Beach.

You will have fun at either park. But DH and I prefer TL. It's a prettier park, with lush green all around. BB feels more like non-Disney water park, with more concrete. Each park has it's own draw, but we really like the wave pool at TL - it changes from bobbing waves to regular waves about every 15 min. There is a loud horn that blasts before the big waves come, so you'll know well in advance if you want to get out. However, they're not THAT big - it is Disney afterall, and not the Pacific Ocean.

Typhoon Lagoon! I love both, but prefer this one. We only have time for one water park on our trip next week, and TL is the one we will be doing!!!!

DS13 & I are planning on Typhoon Lagoon one day in August
