If you had to choice between Oct or Dec?

I also love both times - I don't know if it makes a difference but there are usually better discounts available at the beginning of December - as far as hotels go. I loved the Halloween party, but the christmas decorations and programs are the best!

I've went to both.....and my vote is December....it's cheaper AND I just like the holiday better. Just pack for anything!!

Thanks everyone. If we do have to move it then we will be going in December. We went last December and loved it.

I love both October and December in WDW. It was chilly for my Dec trip but we swam anyway . For my Oct trip the weather was warmer which was nice but the sun didn't fry you the way it does in the summer .

If you really want to go to a water park or swim at all, Oct is the best bet. If you're a Christmas buff then Dec is best. I am a Halloween freak - Oct was great for me! LOVED LOVED LOVED MNSSHP - I can't imagine MVMCP being better than that, but I'll find out soon!

I think we are going to alternate Oct and Dec every year. BTW: you can hit F&W festival in Oct too (depending on when you go).
