OK, so you are looking for dining experiences you cannot get at home in small-town Maine and I am assuming adults only.
I'd drop 50s Prime Time first - you can get better home cooking than this at home. I think the experience is fun and unique for families that for whatever reason don't get to experience old-fashioned home cooking.
I'd drop Raglan Road second - when all is said and done, it's just another chain restaurant. Fun pub atmosphere but you can probably get equivalent food closer to home.
I'd actually suggest you drop Le Cellier as the final choice, just because based on where you live, you can get REALLY good Canadian food. You don't need to come to Florida and waste valuable Disney time (and dollars) on cheese soup. For heaven's sake, you can probably go to Montreal for dinner any day of the week.
If for some reason Le Cellier strongly appeals to you, drop Via Napoli instead. *disclaimer: I have not eaten there*. My perception is that it is good pizza, but only you can decide whether the pizza as described there is 'enough' better than average chain pizza for you to keep this ADR over one of the others.
All this, of course, presupposes that you have listed all these choices not only because they sound 'exotic' to you but also because you would genuinely enjoy the types of food. I would personally drop Tusker house but that's just because the cuisine does not appeal to my personal tastes, not because I think there is anything wrong with it. YMMV.
