If you had 7.5 days at WDW how many days would you spend at each park?

we get hoppers but this is our plan we do 9 days with 7days of pass

14 arive pool and dtd
15 epcot emh night
16 ak
17 mk (we have adr for this day brakefast at the castel and dinner at ltt we have 12 in our group so park was planned around adr we normaly dont do mk on fri sat sun) plus emh night

18 off day some will go to the ocean some will do pool or water park dtd
19 dhs emh night
20 epcot / hop day (the wife and i have adr at coral reef)
21 mk emh am / hop day
22 parks what ever we didnt get to see from the days before
23 fly home :sad1: early flight out

we always plan 2 days for epcot and mk they may be shorter days some time but it also depnds upon if we get to see the shows we wanted to at dhs and ak

My son prefers DS over MK so we always allow an extra 1/2 day at least to go back. We typically go to a park a day and then leave in the afternoon and hop to Epcot for dinner most nights! I agree about keeping the last day or day and a a half to just go back to what you liked best. I use the UG best park recommendations to decide what park to start at each day. This is our typical:
Day 1: DS - all day and fantasmic dinner package/show
Day 2: MK - all day and dinner or late lunch and DTD in evening
Day 3: AK - 1/2 day and Epcot for dinner
Day 4: Epcot all day
Day 5: DS 1/2 day and Epcot dinner
Day 6 MK- 1/2 day, swim and Epcot Dinner
Day 7- 7.5 - go back to whatever park- for us it is usually MK or DS
Enjoy your trip!

What does IOA stand for?

Also, we do not have park hoppers. Have had them for the past 2 of 3 times I went (pre kids) and don't think we would utilize them enough for the cost in our situation.

We are taking our 5 yr old on her first trip.
first evening - EPCOT
second day - MK
third day - DHS
fouth day - Pirate adventure for DD5 and GF Spa for Mom and Dad in the AM
and DD in the afternoon
fifth day - MK
sixth day - AK

I hope the weather abides. I travel around food, so I needed the ADRs made, so there is a little fleibility but not much. Got fabulous ADRs less than 50 days out, I was really surprised. CRT? Really?!?!?! :dance3:

Do you have hoppers? If not, do try to hit the four parks the first four days and maybe plan your ADR's accordingly. If you want ADR's at the resorts, you could save them for the last days and then you could revisit any parks you feel like on a given day. That freedom can be nice too.

We didn't have hoppers during our last trip but we intertwined Universal and WDW. We often spent half a day at one and then the other half at the other. It was fun but the parking was outrageous!
