All of you seem to be such an incredibly positive group of people. In a world where most are quick to be negative it's comforting to witness "niceness" amongst individuals.

I always try to teach my children that it is much more important to be beautiful on the inside...and that's what all of you are...truly beautiful people.

I think it is because we are all working towards a comman goal of feeling good about ourselves and being healthy. We all need that encouragement and push, so we kinda all know what we need. This is an awesome group of people

i think it's great over here because now I can talk about Disney (my favorite thing) and losing weight and to see that other people use their disney trips as their goal point to lose the weight. Everyone is warm and welcoming and full of ideas and inspiration and not criticism. it's great. and hopefully I will be able to be a help to others along with myself through this board.
