If you don't have your DME tags - call

Just an FYI .

We didn't have our ME tags as of Friday, June 17 (we are leaving Sunday, June 26th). So I called DME. Guess what? We were not even in their system at all! (Mind you, we booked our vacation to DW in January.)

They were very nice - just had to give her all the flight info - and she said they would be mailed out ASAP.

So yesterday, Tuesday June 22 - FedEx delivered our packet! Yeah!

Only thing, our flights had changed (AA - changed it without notifying us.) So I had to call again and give them to new info.

Oh - and one weird thing. We received a cover letter congratulating our "Pampered Chef" achievements in 2004 Huh? Don't work for Pamper Chef, never have!

So, as you see, they still have a few "bugs" to work out .

Don't give up hope on getting your tags - but, yes do call and verify that you are in their system .

At least ask for the name of the person you talk to and also ask for some written confirmation every time you call.

This way, if worse comes to worst, you just show up at the Magical Express welcoming area and they can put your name in the system at that moment.
