If you could only visit 2 parks, which 2 would you choose?

It depends. Magic Kindom no matter what. If we had the kids with us than Animal Kingdom, but if no kids then Epcot. HS is my least favorite park now.

Thanks for the replies! See, I've always thought Epcot was geared more towards older kids/adults. But I almost want to go there just because I know DD would love Akershus. DS1 is getting old enough that I think he would appreciate World Showcase. Other than that, is there a lot for my kids ages there? I don't want to go there just for Akershus.

We were planning on Hollywood Studios since we did MK last year, to mix it up. We always love the feel and atmosphere at Hollywood Studios, and the 2 littler ones are really into Disney Jr.

DS1 loves pirates, DD loves princesses, and the little guy loves Mickey.

I just saw your reply here. After reading this I would say MK and HS. HS for Disney Jr. and if your son loves pirates how can you skip POTC??? I would never skip MK, you have plenty of princess opportunities there. Do a meal at the castle, it's an amazing experience, much better than Norway. Or do the Cinderella meal at 1900 Park at the Grand Floridian for a princess meal outside of a park. I think kids can enjoy Epcot but yours are too young to enjoy it over the others. Don't do epcot just for the princess meal. If nothing else, don't skip MK.

We aren't to into AK, so we only go there every couple of years for a half day. But, my opinion is that MK is a must do, as Stacey says! But, unfortunately, POTC is closing for a long rehab, like on May 11(18th?), so that will probably be closed for your trip if I read your signature ticker correctly. Have a great trip!

I would do AK and Epcot since you sound like you don't want to do MK again. If you do want to do MK again, then I'd go with MK and AK. AK is not a full day park most of the time so with little ones that would allow you some down time in the evening. I know when my son was young zoos were his favorite place to go and he could spend hours just looking at one animal (still the case AK is an all day park for us). Epcot does have plenty do with little ones, again the Living Seas would take at least a hour to do everything there and there are all sorts of kids activities at the WS.

If I had two days with little kids, I would go to MK only. If I had to go to two parks with little kids, I would go to MK and AK. The reason why I would pick AK is because of the animals, the shows and the culture.

Thanks for all there replies! I'm surprised HS is getting so much hate! That was always one of our favorites. It's been 2 years since we were last there, I know they are in the process of taking down the big hat and the park will be renamed soon. Anything else going on there I need to be concerned about? Now I'm second guessing myself!

I think I am leaning towards MK as our second park even though we did it last year. (And yes, Pirates of the Caribbean will be closed for refurbishment during our trip. DS is not happy about this.) But they also have Pirates League there, which he loves.

I'd do MK and AK. But it's a personal decision - there isn't one answer that wold be right for everyone. If you're not that into animals but love the international pavilions, then you'd be better off at Epcot. If you want to spend the day doing rides, then you'd be better off at MK....

I wanted to add that MK and EP would get my vote even though we have small children. 2, 4, 6, 11 this year. Ours like AK but there's really not an awful lot there. The safari is fun but the shows don't thrill much of us and we find it gets hot and crowded so it's a half day park for us. We do love HS as well but there isn't as much there to do either for the young ones. Maybe our kids are the odd ones but they actually all love Epcot and the World Showcase. They insist on doing the passports each year.
