If you could only visit 2 parks, which 2 would you choose?

I'd say MK and AK. If your kids were a bit older I'd say Epcot but when my DBF and I went there were SOOOOO MANY characters ( I don't know if they're into character M&G but characters you wouldn't see in other parks. Such as Rafiki, Dug and Russel from "UP", Chip & Dale, Mickey & Minnie, Goofy, Donald ( all in their AK get up.) There's a petting zoo, a conservatory, plenty of animals and EE and FOTLK, and your kids can participate and become a "Wilderness Explorer" and everything else is amazing! Epcot in my opinion is more catered towards adults

With kids ages I'd say MK both days or MK and AK.

If you're going after the 17th (and you're a Frozen fan), I'd keep HS and do MK and HS. If not, either MK and Epcot or MK and AK.

My first ever trip was only a 2 days. I spent the first day at Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom. No regrets! You can't miss MK, and even with things closed in Hollywood Studios there's still plenty to do: shows, thrill rides, Fantasmic, characters, and fun dining. I fell in love with the park at first sight and it's still my #2 (behind MK, of course!).

If the DGDs are going it would be MK and AK; but if it is just DH and I it would be MK and Epcot.

I had to make this choice on our last trip and we chose MK and DHS. I'll be making the same choice on our next trip as well. We might park hop over to Epcot.

MK and Epcot. There are only a few things we like to do at HS and AK. I'm happy just being in the other two, without doing anything but just.....being.
