Hi all. We don't normally book ADRs for TS restaurants at WDW for several reasons.
1. We don't use the DP's since we just don't eat enough food for it to make sense, and we have not had free dining offers available for prior trips. Our next trip in 2010 we are going with the 4 nights/3 nights free, so I assume free dining will still not be an option.
2. It seems very difficult to plan months ahead of time where you will be each day, and to commit to specific days/times/locations for meals. We perfer not to HAVE to be somewhere, almost seems like work.
3. We are on a moderate budget when we visit WDW. We don't go too crazy on souvenirs, buy some groceries at Publix, and eat CS in the parks and at resort (CBR in this case).
That said, it would be nice to plan one, or maybe two, ADR's for TS dining if they are "not to miss" places. This means the atmosphere, food, and general fun should be high on the charts, and a good value for what you get. We are a DH, DW, DD 13 and DS 4 if that helps. What might be nice is a TS that takes us to a beautiful resort we wouldn't normally stay at like Poly or GF, or unique, good food, in a nice setting. A TS in a park is also OK, we ate at Le Cellier once way back in 2000, and CRT (dinner) once in 2004.
What would be your top one or two suggestions and reasons for dining there?
Thanks a bunch!!!
