If I had enough money for a Grand Villa year-round I'd put it into a much nicer condo. Heck, those homes in Golden Oak might be within reach for GV dollars.

I like to vacation in Disney accommodations but I wouldn't want to live there.

BWV 3rd floor Grand Villa below the Boardwalk sign. We stayed there in 2011 and I still have dreams about it.

We measured the balcony at over 100' long! I could sit there and people watch every day.
