If you could have done one thing differently on your trip, what would it have been?

We are going this November and it's my first time going as an adult (and on an adults only trip), so I want to make this the most memorable trip I can!

I'm hoping that the adult only trip in Nov will give me peace, the ability to do what I what when I want, rather than what the children or grands want. We are planning to do several behind the scenes events such as Keys to the Kingdom. My other suggestions are to eat wherever you want, have a drink of your choice and just enjoy being adults without small children.
