If you could choose....

What is Egyptian food like? Is it similar to Morocco? I could definitely see a pavillion for Egypt, but I need some help imagining the restaurant. :confused3
That's the problem with an Egypt pavillion. I've been to Egypt and the food at the Moroccan pavillion definitely satisfies my craving for the food I enjoyed in Egypt.

Russia would be pretty interesting, but I wonder if it would have some of the problems that Norway has, in that the food might not appeal as much to American tastes?
Maybe they could just have an Ice Bar? :rotfl:

Another idea I had for unique cuisine would be Thailand, although so much of the Thai food I've had is so spicy that it might not go over at WDW.
And Asian cultures are already represented very well.

I vote for America. Just kidding but only alittle. I think the American Pavilion should as Emeril says kick it up a notch. They could have different regions represented Cajun/Creole,BBQ (both kinds Carolina and Texas) Calif, You get the idea the greatest hits from the diffrent regions.

But for a new country I'd go for Greece.

I completely agree with having greece there! Their food and culture are so unique that it would fit perfectly. India would be awesome too. I also believe that many of the exisiting pavillions should offer more diverse food/attractions to represent the diversity within that country (cajun food is so yummy!)

I also think Greece would be great (although feta cheese is not one of my favourites!)

What about one of the islands of the Caribbean?
Jamaica, Barbadoes, Aruba etc.
They have some distinct cuisine that is really good!
