Re-paint exterior - actually would be even better if we re-sided with cement siding like we just did the garage, plus we'd never need to re-paint
de-junk - I can't think of a room that wouldn't be improved just by having...less.

And a lot less important;
replace the normal sink with an apron sink. we wanted to do this in our remodel and the cabinet designer talked us out of it. We've regretted it ever since, but we'd also have to re-do the whole thing to accommodate the apron sink. Really pricey - not any added value but we'd be happier, sooo...

Can I just have one wish and knock it down and build an entirely new house?

Cant say I have too many other wishes - I was lucky enough to rebuild this house 5 years ago to my specs before I moved in so not much Id change - there are things Id do differently though.

But if I had to pick three things:
1 - put in several larger picture windows - I may do this myself anyway.
2 - turn the garage into a finished room and replace the garage door with French doors or some sort of double doors - also something I may do myself but you need a permit to replace the doors and that is a PITA
3 - add a second floor - would be nice - but not really needed.

1 the interior repainted.....it will eventually get done, but by someone. Too much work for us.
2 yards landscaped. We are getting the front done next week, but just what is needed. I would like to start all over.
3 storage space added to the garage number 1 ( 2 is DH's shop and I don't really know what it looks like inside)

That's about it. We've done everything else on our list. Any other 'wish' would be major additions that I don't want to deal with.
