Heading there now, with my two wee ones and Grandpa! My sister and two of her kids are already there.
Without Lighting Pass how do you do DLR now? We’ll have baby swap, that’ll help.
Excited to introduce DLR to my little princesses, 4 and 2!

Arrive early. If you're staying onsite, use the early entry days. With small kids, I'd head immediately to Fantasyland, where lines may be long but will get worse throughout the day. Without Lightning Lane passes but with kids, I'd just head to where you want to be and wait in line as necessary. If you don't want to see a parade or fireworks, head to the most crowded attractions during that time. (This is the same strategy as would have worked 7 years ago.)

Have fun!

The same strategy would’ve worked 70 years ago ;).

Space Mountain was a walk on Saturday during the first showing of Paint The Night. Interest in the parade may wane a bit…

With the exception that there will be several nighttime shows happening at the same time.

8:45 pm Paint The Night - Small World -> Town Square. Arrives at TS around 9:05 and ends around 9:25 pm. There will be bottlenecks of people trying to cross the parade route between floats.
9:05 pm - 9:32 pm Fantasmic! NOS will be crowded during the show. After, guests will be directed to exit via Adventureland making it difficult to access attractions.
9:35 - 9:50 pm Wondrous Journeys Fireworks (Main Street, Castle, Small World, and ROA will be crowded. Fantasyland will be closed)
9:35 - 9:50 pm pm Fire of the Rising Moon (SWGE) Access to MF will be difficult.
10:15 pm Shadows of Memory (SWGE) Access to MF will be difficult.
10:30 pm -10:52 pm Fantasmic! NOS will be crowded during the show. After, guests will be directed to exit via Adventureland making it difficult to access attractions.
10:45 pm Paint the Night - Town Square -> Small World (arrives at SW around 11:05 and ends around 11:25). There will be bottlenecks of people trying to cross the parade route between floats.

Without Lightning Lane I'd just keep an eye on the app and go to rides that don't have much of a wait. Fantasyland lines aren't usually too bad aside from Peter Pan which always seems to be 45 minutes no matter when I arrive lol. Take your kids over to the renovated Toontown, it's really nice and there's alot for littles to do :)

Have fun!
