For me, it would take place in Marvel Super Hero Island. That is my favorite Island at the park. Not that it's not perfect already, but if they were to expand it I would add a virtual reality attraction themed around Dare Devil. (Just saw the movie and loved it!!!) You would put one of those VR glasses on. When you put them on you are dare devil. The attraction itself would be themed in the streets of NYC. You would fight villains and provide justice for all. The best part would be that you would be able to jump, fly and move from building to building with those glasses and the floor under you would move so you would feel it as well. (with a safety harness of course!!!!)

So what attraction would you add ot IOA or Universal Studios?

I'd gut the Herc & Xena building and put in a HUGE bumper cars attraction. It could be themed around The Fast and the Furious. Just make the cars look like the ones from the movie. They already have movie cars in USF, so why not? It'd be popular!

Ooohhh, this is a tough one...

I still think a walkthru area of more dinos at JP would be nice, but that alone wouldn't be big enough ;)

I'll have to keep thinking about this one... ;)

If Scooby Doo is still down there with the other Hanna Barbara characters, how about a Scooby Doo Motion ride with some monsters and ghosts. I don't want it to be like Disney's Haunted Mansion, but maybe some animatronics with ghosts chasing scooby, different monsters popping out and Shaggy and Scooby voices saying things, and you could ride in little mystery machines. And of course, in the end, there would be Velma, Fred, and Daphne with a trap that you get caught in and then an animatronic with Scooby and Shaggy on top of the bad guy all twisted up in something.

Prince Eric1-I really like that one. You should tell someone at Universal that idea!

A B&M coaster at IOA next to Rip Saw Falls.

Wonder if B&M has their 4d design (like X at SFMM) ready yet?
If not, the JP Flyer would be nice.

Harry Potter woody coaster or other type attraction (q simulator attraction where we follow Harry everywhere on his broom.)

There is a Paramount Parks ride called Scooby Doo's Haunted Mansion like that where you sit in little mystery machines and shoot at targets through a dark ride. It is not MIB, let me tell you, but it is very cute. I think King's Dominion is getting one next year, but Canada's Wonderland and some of the other Paramount Parks already have one.

fiesta texas San Antonio has a Scooby Doo ride where you shoot also. I don't remember the name. you ride a 4 person car on a track. It is a very tame ride. my husband outshot me both times we rode it :(

I would like a steel -that looks like wooden- Intamin coaster that simulated the effect of it being old and broken and dangerous. You would go around and enter areas where is looks and feels like the track has fallen off or has been twisted by nature. It would feel very smooth since it would be a good coaster but the whole setting would be like the coaster had encountered a storm or dinosaur damage or something where it feels like you are going to fly off the track at different points or hit into things. It would be well landscaped with big trees and appropriate theming.

It would be a wild ride but a smooth experience.

My vote would be for a WOODEN COASTER !!!!!! I think that would be the best ! And a nice change from the steel, upsidedown coaster, (not that i mind those, I just think a wooden coaster would be awesome)

Wooden coaster require alot of maintenance these days.
Just look at Gwazi. It's rough, gives that headache bounce effect, and they can't even duel them anymore. Why? Because it's too much stress on the tracks.

Stay with B&M. Having 4 of them would tie IOA with SF for most B&M coasters at a park. Many fans thought IOA was going to take the record 2 years ago with the flyer, but it didn't happen. I know the plans we're on the drawing board, fans could "feel" it. But SFoG got the Flyer in the bidding war, and IOA sat on the sidelines waiting for the recession to end. Well, the resession is over. IOA, Build the JP Flyer. That is the only type of ride suited for the land next to Rip Saw Falls. Please, no family ride.
B&M. B&M. B&M.

Bring on coaster wars. Fans want thrill rides. Not family rides.

Wow, didn't know about that robvia! Been a while since I've been to Busch Gardens.

Maybe they should have mini-coasters like Scorpian...something in between the Unicorn and the Hulk. Scorpian was my first rollercoaster since I wanted to try a "real" one, but was too short. Could be good for kids who want to "ease into" going on gib thrill rides. :D

I'd go for a flying coaster too as long as it's not made by Zamperla like the crappy little coaster that Canada's Wonderland is putting in for 2004 and marketing it as "Canada's First Flying Coaster"!!!!!!!!! They are calling it "The Flying Coaster" LOL

It goes 26 mph.

Everyone was hoping for a flyer and we got one. You have to be careful what you wish for.

If you want to see what we don't want IOA's next ride to be, check it out at Canada's Wonderland Crappy Coaster for 2004

This is exactly the fault with "SUITS" way up high. They listened to statements like these. Not ragging on your or anything. Others have said the same thing in the past.

When thrill ride fans speak up in message boards, they are shot down by family ride people. It's like thrill ride fans beg for a new coasters, and the family people say, "N0", we want a family ride. So the "suits" listen, and build the tame family ride. And then guess what, noone comes to the park. Why? Because fans really want THRILL RIDES.

That's why noone is going to Disney.

That's why people are getting tired of IOA.

Nothing new in 5 years.

IOA must build a B&M Thrill ride.

There is no discussion here. Family people can't win anymore.
Studies by PKD and other parks have proven fans want thrill rides.

Why is it so hard to understand?

Build coasters. B&M. Intamin. Premier. Morgan. S&S.

Dueling JP Flyer for IOA.
Thru trees, forest, tunnels, theamed. Do it.

I don't see what isn't thrilling about a mini rollercoaster. I was actually quite pleased with Scorpian even after riding Montu and Kumba. It's short and sweet. :)

More intense for the thrill newbies, but still not too tame for rollercoaster addicts.

I don't mind more family rides, and I don't mind more thrill rides. Thrill rides are more enticing for me, personally.

I love roller coaster and thrill rides, but family rides are okay too. I think it all depends on demand and what is currently at the parks when they make these decisions. Either way a new attraction thrill or family is a win win IMO.

I think something needs to go into Herc and Xena, even if it some guy picking his nose.
