If you bought resale, was your last contract loaded?

Last, spring 2020, was fully loaded. First in 2017 was semi-stripped but the use year was just a few weeks away.

We bought our 2nd contract resale in 2020. It was semi-stripped, but that was OK b/c we didn't know when we would be able to travel again at that time.

2 resale in 2021 at same resort, different UY loaded within a month of each other:
1st- current points
2nd- fully loaded

Fully loaded with double points in the next UY. We paid over the going rate because it was the UY we wanted, double loaded, and we were sick of getting ROFR’d lol. No regrets.

I have a lot of resale contracts because I buy a lot of small contracts. I’ve never bought stripped or partially stripped, the least has always been current. I try to buy loaded or partially loaded.

Semi-stripped, which is a saving grace with how long this whole resale process is taking. Otherwise, I'd be super anxious about expiring points.

Semi-stripped, but the price more than made up for the missing points. Which I find usually isn’t the case.

Last (2nd) contract was fully loaded. First contract had no current or banked points but all future points. Not sure how I would have characterized that one based on the options available.

All future contracts will be fully stripped - just less stress when you have 4-5 months to your 11 month window

We've bought 3 in the last few months:

One was partially loaded with some banked points

One was semi stripped

One was fully loaded with all banked points - roughly half of the 2020 points banked into 2021 (Sep UY), all of the 2021 points banked into 2022 and full points going forward - it's my favorite .

But I voted semi stripped, as that was the last one to close and that's what you asked.

have 2 in rofr for Polynesian both have half the points for 2022 full amount for 2023. Got them at good price for $145 and $150

I just entered my Use Year for 2022 and my resale contract I acquired earlier this year is not showing under my 2025 point allocations. It does show for 2022-2024. Has anyone ever experienced this before? If so, will it fix itself or do I need to contact member services to see why it's not displaying for that year? Thank you in advance!

They have always shown just 3 UY's worth of points...the option to see a 4th one is fairly new so I bet it is just that...it will roll to show only three at a time....or it will get updated soon!
