If you book land/seas package, can you put MYW dining on?

I got the "bug" when we made our first Disney trip May 1-May6. My dc would like to try the cruise next time.

We just came back this past week and couldn't do the plan but was told that it was in the works for sometime this year or next year? So maybe by next year you can add it It would have been nice to have it during our stay at WDW.

I do hope they add it because it was great to use a few weeks ago.
