We're renting points again for our second trip to WDW. I email the DVC owner we rented last time from before I started looking at the boards and he was able to get me my second choice. My first was Xmas through New years at BWV or BCV and there was already wait lists. I went for Thankgiving break which is less expensive and works out just as well (still get the xmas decorations). For a family of 5 I find it a great option. Do not know if it is well know that DVC members are able to book a family of 5 in a one bedroom. If you call CRO directly the limit is 4.
