Barry, you are a nut! I don't know whether to roll my eyes or go out and buy it. I'm just completely puzzled as to how they structured a game where you make medical decisions without any vet knowledge. I am really curious now and might have to put this on my wish list.

I have 2 of their regular emergency room versions...they are kinda fun....although difficult on my part.
