*If* WL pool is closed, what options will be offered?

Considering WL in Feb and am concerned that the construction may affect the pool area.

First - has the pool been through a recent refurb?

Second question - if it is under refurbishment, will we be invited to use the pool at another resort?

I'm talking about the main pool, not the quiet one.

It is the quiet pool that is being rebuilt. The main pool has been unaffected by the construction. It was just rehab' and the splash pad added very recently - about a year & a half/ 20 months ago at most.

The main was refurbished reently with a splash pad added for kids. The pool area is lovely and the current construction does not affect it at all. The pool area is located in the courtyard area between the two wings of the lodge and you can't see the construction from the pool area.

When the main pool was closed for refurbishment the guests were allowed to use the pools at both the Contemporary and Fort Wilderness.

Yeah, the main pool won't be affected. They are rebuilding the pool by the villa's. (If the Poly leisure pool rebuild is anything to go by, it should be beautiful! ) The main pool was rehabbed just a few years ago.

There is a thread for this topic under Disney Resorts. The construction isn't affecting the main pool. The pool for the villas is closed. We are going to the WL 2/4-2/12.
