If WDW parks close, are we refunded?

They announced they were waiving the change fee, not the cancellation fee. With resorts still open, it is unclear if they will now waive the cancellation fee. I'm on hold with WDTC now. I called just before the announcement, so hopefully I will get through. I will post an update as to whether they waived the cancellation fee or if they made me modify dates to retain our deposit.
We’ve been on hold for an hour and 6 min now. Hope your having luck getting through? Funny how fast 12 hours can change things.

I had one night at CBR on 3/14 followed by 6 DVC nights at Copper Creek. It took me 100 minutes to get through after the announcement. I was told no credit or refund on the CBR night initially and then when I politely asked if there was anything the CM could do, he put me on hold to speak with his supervisor and came back a few minutes later to say he would give a full refund. Honestly, I would have been OK with some kind of credit to use in the future, but I was happy to get a refund and glad I didn't accept the first answer. Good luck everyone!

We finally got through after a substantial wait time. They offered a full refund on my hotel 3/13-3/16. They did note that refunds may not show up for 5+days because of the backlog.

WDW parks closing from the 16th through the end of the month, resorts will stay operational. Announced just a little while ago.
