Ahhh Fettes College, that's a private school through in Edinburgh. No Becci's new school is just a short drive along the road in Bearsden (suburb of Glasgow).

Did you all think that Becci was older than your girlies, there were alot of 's ?

I thought both of your girls were at least 2 years older than Gab. Gab is kinda thin though like her dad. Jess seems tall for her age and Becci looks older to me like maybe 14 or 15. Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part that Gab stay young.

I know what you mean about wanting them to stay young. Becci is skinny with very little in the breasticle dept. but she is tall and had always looked older than her age . I think though if you maybe stood the three of them together they would probably look around the same age....maybe we'll need to try that sometime hint hint

Gabby has no hoo-has either and is quite petite. She is starting to get some curves though. Goodness knows she's moody as hell too. I am hoping she gets my skin as a teen. I never had more than 2 zits on my face at a time. Michael had decent skin too. Puberty sucks!

Bev, I love IKEA. I didn't make it there the other day though. I was having enough fun tasting at Harmon's. That is a great store!

IKEA's pretty cool (and only 5 minutes away from me!). That new Harmon's is great, too. I've been shopping there a few times, but I really need to go have lunch there--they've got so much to choose from! Has Chloe enjoyed her classes there? I know they offer several cooking classes for adults, and I've been thinking about trying one.

Bex is just over the moon about the new school, she's starting on 02Feb. They have a great art department and a tennis team....that was all she needed to hear but add to that the information that the art department were running a school trip to Florence and the Home Economics department were running a trip to a cookery school in Italy and . Seriously it sound great but she'll have to up her game academically as at the moment she's coasting in the top classes of a not terribly challenging school.

Congrats to Bex! That sounds like such a great school. I hope she enjoys it!

i'm totally jealous. and i pray you do a TR. i have to live vicariously through someone next december! i want to go back so bad for christmas and by then i'm hoping i'll be good and pregnant!

I agree--December is the best for WDW and for being pregnant--not so hot and miserable! :

Chloe loves her classes and Chef Bob is awesome! They have tons of great adult classes to choose mfrom and even some couples classes.

No we decided to be home by Christmas, we leave Fl on 22nd arrive in UK 23rd and sleep all through Christmas

The school visit couldn't have gone any better, you know me I worry about the day that will never come . Becci is in her first year at secondary school. We wanted to apply for a placement request for this school but didn't have much hope at getting her in. It's a very good school (ranked 13 in the top 50 state run schools in Scotland) and they have a ton of extra curricular activities and amazing school trips . Becci is totally and has been given her timetable and a start date of 02Feb it's all moving very fast but it's definately worth it.

Yep, you would definitely be the brunt of some pre-teen hormonal rage... In fact, I am now worried for the both of you!

We are going Dec 5-15. Not sure on where we are staying, currently booked in our home resort, but we are thinking that we will probably change it at the seven month mark to try something new! Maybe since it is December and we most likely won't swim, we should try the Boardwalk Villas so that we can try it without having to worry about that terrifying pool!
