It's a 2-year program. And I can't believe I'm doing it. Once I got my MS in speech, I said I'd never go back. And now...I must be crazy.

243 days until WDW!!!! ​

I dropped DH and DD at the airport this morning. Last night I wrote them each a little note and put it inside their luggage. I am going to miss them. Do you think it was over the top to Gab she's going to get a UA when she gets back?

I dropped DH and DD at the airport this morning. Last night I wrote them each a little note and put it inside their luggage. I am going to miss them. Do you think it was over the top to Gab she's going to get a UA when she gets back?

I hope they have safe flights and a great time! I know you'll miss them terribly!! What will you do with all of your free time?

Wow girls loads of chat last night

Great report Jenna looks like you had tons of fun, can't believe how far you drove though 2 years ago we drove to Scotland and it took 9 hours which we split over 2 days as we thought it was such a long journey

Thanks Jo! We are so used to driving now that it's like second nature. Nate & I were from opposite sides of the state- 5 hours apart. (We met when he was over in Eastern PA for college.) For a while we lived in Western PA, then Jon was born and we moved back to my home "area". So in order for the kiddos to see their grandparents, we travel. Each kid started their road trip experience at about 3 weeks old. I swear sometimes they are better behaved in the car than anywhere else.

She said that by not placing him in a school there (ABQ, and returning to Clovis) I was being a bad mother and making him more disabled. And yes, she said this while he was within earshot. And I didn't want to be a bad mother, did I? She many other nasty things...all around him. And I knew that was it. We had to leave.

Sunday: taught my first day of religious school. I thought I was going to shadow the another teacher but we added 2 more kids to the class so I have my own now. Nothing like trial by fire.

And for the rest of the week: both the beauty and the beast need their old changed, clean/gut the basement, weed, clean, Joshua has his first Cub Scout meeting on Tuesday night, soccer practice Wed night............................. I am tired just thinking about my vacation from work.

And what's a UA?

A UA is a urinalysis test. It's tests for substances. I just know someone is going to offer her weed. She and DH think I have lost it and maybe I have but she's so far and just because the kids she's going with are relatively smart doesn't mean they are good.

Yeah, I currently have points as it is. I apologized though. You'd think with all my internet savvy, I'd know more but truly I feel green sometimes. That would be a hard job trying to keep everyone in line and discerning what's snarky vs playing vs passive aggressive. And I doubt they get paid.

DC update: I got a call a bit ago and they made it safely with no weather issues. DH kept saying that he was seeing on the Weather Channel that they'd get delayed due to Hanna but it's a balmy 80* and clear. Gab called once from Dallas to say hi and then when they landed in Dulles. My baby is far away. I have been trying to stay busy. The kids and watched a movie, grabbed happy hour slushies at Sonic, and now we are going to go to the park. I am planning on an early bedtime as I was up at 3:00 am.

Anyway, just thought I'd let you guys know. for humoring me.
