Hi everyone!

Just checking in from WDW!

First let me say this grand villa is AMAZING!!!! I don't think I can ever stay in a normal room again.

We are having a great time! Crowd levels are not bad at all. We did DHS studios this morning, came back for a swim and are going back to the studios for EMH. Jenny & her family just left to go back over. I was waiting for Nate to get back from the shuttle launch, but he just called and said there was a bad accident & the interstate is a parking lot. So, I'm getting cleaned up & am heading back out.

Keith & Tracy made it this morning and are meeting us over at DHS after 7.

Just wanted to check in and give a brief update. We'll try to post again soon!

glad you guys are having fun! i hope florida got some of the cold front that came through georgia this afternoon. it made it feel so nice and not so muggy outside. i'm so jealous that you guys probably saw fantasmic tonight (although i could be wrong about that - didn't check the itinerary). it's my DH's favorite and holds a special place in my heart!!!

glad you guys are having fun! i hope florida got some of the cold front that came through georgia this afternoon. it made it feel so nice and not so muggy outside. i'm so jealous that you guys probably saw fantasmic tonight (although i could be wrong about that - didn't check the itinerary). it's my DH's favorite and holds a special place in my heart!!!

No cold front yet! Though it doesn't seem as hot as yesterday. I think it may only be 94 today compared to 96 yesterday.

They didn't have Fantasmic last night. Only Sunday & Thursday this week. It's on the schedule for Thursday after dinner at Sci-Fi. I love it too and hope that it's not super-packed since there's only 2 showings.

Glad to hear you guys are having a great trip so far. Looking forward to hearing all about it.

My gang is on the way to the pool. Jenny decided to stick it out at Epcot for the day. I knew my kids would need a break though before our dinner tonight. Check in soon!

they are eating at boma tonight. i have soup envy right now!!!!! they have the BEST chicken pepperpot soup....i've tried to make it but can't get it *right*. i hope they're having good weather at AK right now. parade starts in an hour!

Hola friends. Just wanted to pop in quickly. The GV is UNREAL! We have been having such a great time with Jenna et al. Tonight is Sci-Fi but Gab and I are staying back due to a little pre-teen attitude. I know I am a mean mom but after days of her talking back I have had a gutful. We went to Blizzard Beach today after Chloe made us a delicious breakfast of cheese omelettes. BB was much better than I had anticipated. I think I like it more than TL. The girls got hair wraps- I will show pics later.

The weather has been hotter than I thought it would be and although the clouds seem to loom in daily, we only have had one decent rain with what appears to be another on the way. Gab and I will share a quiet dinner at Olivia's tonight. She is SO mad at me for making her stay back and miss EMH but I think she might learn a valuable lesson.


The crowds haven't been 8s or 9s as predicted. I would say more 6s.

Thanks for the update. Crowds in the 6s sounds great! Sorry for your attitude problem. I'm really worried Danielle is going to give me attitude too on this trip. Hope the quiet time helps, maybe she just needs some mom and me time. Danielle wants to get her hair wrapped too, saving her pennies.

Shame about missing Si-Fi but you are so right about nipping the attitude in the bud and standing your ground, Miss Gabby needs to know you mean business even if you are on vaca
