I am so glad you decided to keep this going. I went out of town for the weekend. Then I arrived at work, fired up The DIS and found that the last thread had been CLOSED!!!

I don't know how I would have made it through my work day.

Jessica and I drove up to Cheyenne. We enjoyed the drive although we left later than we intended to and most everything was closed for Easter.

It's a nice drive though, the plains to the East and the Rockies to the West.

I can't believe that the four day weekend has only has a few more hours left. I hate it when a long weekend ends. Well, any weekend... you know what I mean.

I made it to our new home here on the DIS.

I can't believe you thought of not continuing it Jenny.

Hope everyone had a great holiday! I'm glad to be home and sleeping in my own bed tonight.

I'll be doing my taxes tomorrow (finally) so I don't know how often I'll get to check in. Once they are done though, I'll be ready to fully focus on our trip!

Nate got three new pairs of shorts & a new shirt on Saturday. Plus my mom was able to pick him up a bunch of shirts that he likes, so he's all set. I think I'm the only one who needs stuff for the trip now.

What do you need to buy? Don't you wish we were all close enough to go shopping together? I SO miss shopping with girlfriends. It seems that these days, the only people I shop with make me spend hours in the toy section and act like animals when we go into a "lady clothes" store OR they LIKE lady stores and spend ALL my money so I can't buy anything for me anyhow! (((grumble, grumble)))

DH and I have our Seattle trip all planned, and now the family has decided they want to go to WDW. It's so cruel to dangle that carrot in front of us. We're trying to be budget conscious, but when it comes to WDW, we are terribly weak!

As am I, my friend. I was determined when we got back in November that I was NOT going until December of this year. I couldn't afford it. I MUST be more responsible. Thanks to someone surprising me with plane tickets and hotel, I am now doing the May trip AND a June DL trip!
