For me, it would be OKW. Love the huge rooms and it feels more like "home" than any of the other resorts. I don't feel like we could ever own too many points there.

For me it would be AKV where I already own or BCV/BWV so that I could have the 11 month booking window at one of the EPCOT resorts.

It's a toss-up for me. I would either add-on to my 100 points at AKV, giving me more points to spend on concierge. OR ... I would pick a resort I do not own at for the 11-month window. Probably VWL or BCV.

I think I'd pick a resort where a small add-on matters more: BWV (for the standard rooms at 11 mos.) or VWL for early December.

Disney is offering free ticket upgrades to PH with WPO with purchase of MYW tickets if you are staying onsite. My question is can DVC members take advantage of this offer or do you have to have a cash ressie? And if you do have to have a cash ressie, how long of a reservation would you need to get 5 day tickets?

Since I can't buy GCV yet, I'll go with VB so I could have a beach cottage for a couple of nights after our WDW trips.

I agree with the 11 month window. We already own at SSR. Our next move would be to BCV (Three young DCs to enjoy the pool, and Epcot is my favorite.) If for some reason we could not get BCV, then we would look at BWV then OKW.

Again, the draw is the 11month window. Nothing else. You could simply add those points to your existing points, but then you do not get the advantage of the 11 month window.

Obviously. Otherwise he wouldn't be giving away his money to his nieces & nephews. Rich Aunt would have it already spent for her add-on (or yet another trip to Europe).
