If I pre-purchase MM, can I specify which trip I want to use it on?

So I want to buy this for our February 2015 trip but we also have 1 night booked on Xmas this year. Will it automatically start with our December trip if we add a pic to our MDE account? I wanted to but it tonight since the rumor is that the price is increasing tomorrow.
