If I Pay My Reservation in full can I still make change if discount comes out?

Hi, does anyone know if I pay my reservation in full now, if a discount code comes out later can I still change my reservation? Will Disney credit my account with no hassle?

I'm going mid-June, I have to be paid up by 5/2 - however if I pay before 3/31 I get 5% cash back on my Discover Card.

Also I found out today that I booked through WDTC instead of COR and my reservation terms are the same as booking a package rather than room only. Apparently booking through COR you can cancel up to 6 days before check in with no fees. With WDTC, you are charged for any changes made 45 days before check in. I had no idea about this!

Yes you can, I was paid in full when the AP rates came out for May, I called and they added the AP discount so I got almost 400.00 dollars back!!!
