One is a french toast casserole, one is a hash brown casserole; both are in flat baking dishes. They both say to bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Can I just put them in together? Should I raise the temp?

Yes you can bake them at the same time. Just make sure that if they fit on the same rack, to leave room for the heat to ciruclate around the pans. If you have to use two racks, stagger them. May have to bake just a little longer. Test at the end of the cooking time to see if they are ready. Also no need to raise the temp.

I haven't had good luck cooking two casseroles at a time. They had to cook MUCH longer and it was hard to figure out when they were done. I guess it depends on what you're making.

Yes it will take longer to cook, however do not be tempted to raise the temp, if anything lowering the temp would be the way to go.

There is no reason why it should take longer for the two to cook if your oven is regulated.
