Is there a website or an email address I can use to contact them?

I have no complaint about their CM's or anything, I just want to let them know about my disappointment with the Christmas festivities starting late. I work in retail and we have a vacation blackout from the week of Thanksgiving until January. In years past I was able to go down the week before Thanksgiving to get my Disney / Christmas vacation, but with this late start, I will now never be able to enjoy it. Im sure this vacation blackout is common with anyone who works in management in retail. I realize that they offer the MVMCP early still and Im grateful for that, but what about the rest of WDW's Christmas festivities? Anyone else have this issue?
I have to say that I actually find it refreshing that they aren't starting the Christmas festivities until after Thanksgiving this year. I went in 2001 for the first time at T-day and it was like magic with the Christmas decorations just appearing the day after. I am pretty much out of the Christmas spirit by the time the day actually gets here because it's always out so early. Although I do sympathize with you.
i would like to know as well for my sister she just got back and had stories to tell me about mgm.. she said never in all the times we have been down there that the cast members where so rude
Yikes! I have never experienced a rude CM, knock on wood. What did they do or say?

So the Christmas theme isn't out until the day after Thanksgiving? But they do the Christmas party before Thanksgiving? I am just a little confused.![]()
E-mail will actually go further faster. WDW gets an enormous amount of snail mail, most of it addressed to the characters. Your hard copy letter is far more likely to be routed to the wrong place than an e-mail.I think a hard copy would be better then an email. Emails are to easily overlooked in my opinion.
