That's not really fair. What did you expect would happen? That the manager would reprimand or fire the CM right then and there, in front of guests and other CMs? I don't know of many companies that work that way, and I would have a huge problem with a company that did. Discipline and reprimands happen behind the scenes, not on the street. I'm sure that the manager had a discussion with the CM afterwards regarding guest service and attitude and, if it was a repeated offense, the CM would have had a comment added to their record card, making it more difficult for them to receive promotions, raises or transfers. If it was a "third strike", then the CM could have been fired. But just because you didn't see it happen right in front of you doesn't mean you should assume that nothing was done.So yes there are rude cm's out there, but don't think just because it's Disney that they will do anything about it.![]()
