If there is going to be bad weather when we are supposed to fly out..Jan 29..I was thinking that I could just move my flight up a day. Anyone know how that would work with using Magical Express?

If you change your ressie and extend your stay at your Disney Resort, simply call DME and update the ressie. THe luggage tags will still work as long as the confirmation number doesn't change.

If you stay at an airport hotel, no changes to DME are needed. Don't tag your luggage and pick it up from baggage when you land. Take it with you to the airport hotel. Return to MCO the next morning and check in for DME.

Another way to look at this question would be .... The OP is arriving a day ahead of her original reservation.

This happened to us recently. The ME people advised us to neatly cross out the original date and write in the new date because our plans changed so close to our travel dates that new tags wouldn't arrive in time. Had no problem at all. Bags arrived just fine.
