If you need Sunscreen and can't find a high spf, try AVON.. they have kids, infants and sport and lip sunscreen... they have an web site. Not sure if I can say it here so just google it. They usually run a web special...just an idea for those who can't find high spf......they have a 40 spf as there high.

Cool Neck bands! Found in the camping department. They cool you right down what a life saver in the florida heat. After the first soak we would put them in our freezer or fridge in our room and then put them in the cooler when we left in the morning.
