If I can't book ********, what else can I do?

The problem is that we will be arriving in Orlando, this Wed. July 24th. I emailed ******** yesterday, but I haven't heard back yet - I am assuming that they are probably all booked up. The last 2 years, we have used Transtar, but I know that they are out of business. This is really stressing me out as I am very organized and quite a planner, and this is so last-minute for us. I am also stressed because we will be taking a cruise as well (not Disney), right out of Miami, and they have messed up some of our arrangements as well. Between the cruise, and the sudden transporation change, I am a bit stressed. Has anyone taken a taxi before? They emailed me yesterday, and it's cheaper than ********, but if we hit traffic, the meter stays running, and plus there, wouldn't be a grocery stop. I have heard good things about Tiffany, but they are more expensive.

If anyone has any other suggestions, I would be glad to hear them. We need transportation to Disney, from Disney to I-Drive to catch shuttle to cruise, and from I-Drive to airport after cruise.
