If I booked already am I less likely to get an offer code?

Have many of you received pins/uoc's when you already had reservations? If so, do you go to the resorts every year or more? I'm afraid I've hurt my chances by booking already.

I was already booked and received a UOC. I think it's totally random.

I have found the best way to get UOCs is to visit the WDW site frequently. Create a user name/password and leave things in your cart.

I didn't get any UOCs in the 2 years following our trip in 2014. Then in Jan. This year I started visiting the site frequently and have received several since then.

Same here, then just called and got money taken off. Perfect. We go every two years and get tons of emails to me, I do the booking. Randomly my husband will get something in the mail with less frequency.

We've been booked for about a month and I just got a UOC via email. I followed the links and it basically took me back to the main Disney discount page! It did not appear to be anything unique or special at all, even though it required my last name, zip code, and the special 8 digit code to access the regular list of discounts. Good grief, Disney.

We have gone every year for the past 11 years and get 3-4 UOCs every year. And yes, we do receive them even with a reservation already on the books.

I have never received a code. Have visited every other year and about to visit twice this year. Also, is there such a problem as visiting WDW site too much?

I have a trip booked for this summer using a code for free park hoppers and 30% off, then I got another code for 30% off room and I just got another one for the fall for 30% off room again. I have been getting them often lately. Not sure what I am doing to generate them.

If/when you get a UOC or Pin call the Disney reservations number and talk to a CM. I have never been able to redeem an email offer online. It is almost always well worth the effort. We just booked our holiday and I realized later the same day that I missed an email with a UOC. I called that night and saved even more!

It seems to vary by person. After we returned from our first trip (March-April 2015), we got a UOC every few weeks. Since booking our second trip (booked in Dec 2015 for April-May 2016), I haven't received a single UOC.

I also think it's random. We have been booked and received additional codes, taken a year off and maybe gotten one in the entire 12 months.

For 3 years I never even considered doing a disney trip since we had so much going on in our lives so I never visited the website. I was getting UIC's often I would just throw them out cause we couldn't fit a trip in. I have been on the site often since returning back home in Dec and gotten NOTHING.

Heck even my dead grandmother was getting UIC's.

I have tried all the suggestions and keep watching email and us mail. So I got this thing from disney destinations last week and thought this must be it! It was the summer offer from the website.

Yesterday, I get an email enticing me to come back. 30% off select hotels. But ..... It's the same stale offer that's been out for months and expires aug. 25. I can read the internet, no need to send me those 'offers'.
