Hello,

I already banked 19 points I had left over for this 2005 year (My use year is June)


I just realized I want to take a trip in May. Can I borrow from next year and use them for May?

Absolutely! You wont be able to borrow back the banked points, but you certainly can borrow 2006 points.

Yes, you can borrow points from the following use year, as long as there are still points left to borrow.

You just can't "borrow back" the points that you previously banked. Once points are borrowed or banked, they remain in the use year to which they were moved.

That is what I wanted to hear. I didn't want to wait until June. I rather go in May when there is less rain and people...

if i borrowed 2007 points can i bank my 2006 points?
heres what happened i already made my vacation for next year in august i had to borrow 92 points from 2007 to cover the points. than the great deal came out for ssr so i bought points. now i have 175 points from 2005 that must be use in 2006. so i will like to use all my ssr points so they dont expire, than bank my bwv points from 2006, i know i have to use my 2007 points that i borrowed next year

It really depends on availability - I'm assuming you want to "substitute" the SSR points for the current year points you used to make the August reservation. To do that, MS will have to actually cancel your existing reservation and make a new one with the new SSR points & the borrowed points.

If there is availability remaining for the same resort, unit size & type, no problem. If there isn't, you would lose the reservaton if there were someone on the waitlist for it.
